Q. Did it hurt?
A. Kidney stones are extremely painful already, but when that stone came out it was even worse.
Surgery itself didn't hurt (as I was asleep during the operation of course) and afterwards I was given very strong painkillers, so the pain was not too bad.
Q. Why did you choose a pussy instead of a simple amputation?
A. When I searched for a doctor who was able and willing to perform my surgery I also searched for experts by experience. Most of these are post-op trans women. I found 3 people who were willing to tell me what to expect etc: one from Italy, one from Norway and one close to me... and I felt a connection with this last one. She said she was bisexual, so I decided to have MtF surgery (vulvoplasty) so that I would be attractive to her. I didn't expect much before surgery (ugly), but after surgery... things turned out a bit different... She appeared to be asexual, not bisexual. So we're friends now, but there is no sex between us.
Q. Why did you choose vulvoplasty instead of vaginoplasty?
A. Vulvoplasty means: no vaginal canal. I have no desire at all to have sex with a person who has a dick.
Q. How does it feel to have a pussy?
A. Human language doesn't have the words to describe it. But a couple of things I can say:
Peeing is a whole new experience. Instead of forward it goes straight down.
Sex feels COMPLETELY different.
Q. Can you still reach an orgasm?
A. The word "still" is not right. I can reach an orgasm again. Just about 5 months after surgery I managed to have one for the first time. Obviously the brain needed time to get used to the new anatomy.
My former glans is now a clitoris, so I can enjoy sex.
Q. Do you still squirt during an orgasm?
A. No. The kidney stone destroyed my prostate, so my orgasms are dry.
Q. Was it easy to find a doctor who would do your surgery?
A. No. In Belgium there is a silly law: if they perform such surgery I must go through a full transition to female. But I didn't want that. I finally found a doctor... in Spain.
Q. You were a straight man before your surgery. What kind of a partner do you fancy now?
A. I still fancy cis women and post-op trans women. But since my surgery I've developed an interest in men without dicks (and preferably without balls too). I don't know why.
And by the way (just like before my surgery) I don't want a partner who smokes.
Q. When did you have your surgery?
A. On the 6th of February 2025 (a Thursday).
Q. Are you happy with your new anatomy?
A. Yes, contrary to what I expected! Up till the day of my surgery I thought of it as a loss (but a small price to pay for getting rid of ugly and painful genitals). But it feels GREAT to have a pussy!!!
Q. What kind of sex life can you have now, since only fetishists fancy you?
A. I have no problem with that. Many people think a fetishist is a weirdo, but it's just a matter of taste. Any reason to fancy me is good for me as long as they also like me as a person.
Besides, as long as I remember I've supported gay rights, so why not fetishist rights?
Q. Don't you miss being able to pee standing?
A. No. Before my surgery I already couldn't aim because my dick was damaged. The only difference is: I can no longer pee against a tree. Well, that really is a small price to pay.
Q. If I want you as a playmate, how can I reach you?
A. I'm registered on this website:
superurl.nl/find-a-friend (link opens in new tab or page).
If you have a match with a man from Belgium who has a pussy, you probably found me, so send a contact request. Don't worry; unlike other dating sites this one is completely free of charge. And if you don't find me it's probably because certain criteria were not met (if you smoke you won't find me, for example), but even then you might find someone else who does meet your criteria and whose criteria you meet.
